We are searching for an Office Administration Clerk


Location: Seixal, Portugal

Main tasks:

  • Communication with interested students
  • Organization of lectures and meetings
  • Communication with media
  • Translation of information from English to Portuguese
  • Other administrational tasks

 A successful candidate should:

  • have vast communication skills in Portuguese and proficient skills in the English language in writing and spoken
  • be able to work in a team
  • demonstrate a professional approach
  • have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with colleagues as well as clients
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • work efficiently under stress and know how to prioritize tasks
  • have a high level of confidentiality

 Working hours/week: 40 hours

 Salary: to be discussed

 International experience and additional language skills may be an advantage.
