SERVICE CONTRACT
THE OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
Clause 1. It is covered by this contract to provide services for the following
REGISTRATION
BASIC PACK - 400€ (University with direct partnership) / 600€ (General Universities)
- Registration (Processing, proofreading, sending and tracking the entire process);
- SKYPE Meeting;
- Information Pack;
- Access to chat room.
COMPLETE PACK - 500€ (Universities in direct partnership) / 600€ (General Universities)
- Registration (Processing, proofreading, sending and tracking the entire process);
- Skype meeting
- Information Pack;
- Translation of three documents (up to two pages);
- Access to chat room
- 1 resource
TYPE OF APPLICATION
First phase application (10/10/2011 - 15/11/2011)
Second phase application (16/11/2011 - 15/04/2012) + 50 EURO
(This increase is due to the urgency of the process)
Third phase application (16/05/2012 - CLOSING OF APPLICATIONS) + 100 EURO
(This increase is due to the urgency of the process)
OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT
Clause 2. The STUDENT shall provide OK STUDENT all information necessary for the service, specifying the details necessary to achieve a perfect application and how it should be delivered.
Clause 3. The STUDENT shall make the payment in the form and conditions set out in clause 6.
OBLIGATIONS OF OK STUDANT
Clause 4. It is the duty of OK STUDENT to provide a copy of this instrument, containing all the specifics of the contracted service delivery.
Clause 5. OK STUDENT shall provide Invoice Service, referring to (s) payment (s) done (s) by the contractor.
PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Clause 6. This service will be paid by the amount listed in Section 1, relating to services actually provided and must be paid in cash, check, international transfer, web payment or another form of payment in which there is prior agreement of both parties.
BREACH AND DEFAULT OF THE FINE
Clause 7. In case of cancelation after 31st of July by the STUDENT, a charge of 100 Euros will be charged, plus interest of 10% per week and monetary correction.
Sole Paragraph. In case of judicial collection, shall be additional court costs and attorneys' fees of 20%.
Clause 8. In the absence of compliance with any term, except the 6th of this instrument, the party that fails to comply has to pay a fee of 100 € to the other party.
Clause 9. In case of cancellation after 31st of July due to onerous and unintended circumstances such as illness or hospitalization, accident, or death of a relative, must be accompanied by a justification of the body responsible so that Clause 7 is lifted.
UNMOTIVATED CANCELATION
Clause 10. Either party may terminate this contract at any time, without any relevant reason, regardless of prior notice in writing by the deadline of 31st of July.
Clause 11. If the STUDENT has already made payment for the service, and yet, order the termination of this contract not motivated, the deposit is not refunded.
Clause 12. If OK STUDENT requests the not motivated termination, OK STUDENT must return the amount that refers to services not rendered by him to the STUDENT.
DEADLINE
Clause 13. OK STUDENT undertakes to perform the service within six months, according to the method established in this contract.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Clause 14. It is agreed between the parties a total absence of employment relationship between the parties, excluding the obligations provided and social charges.
Clause 15. Except with the express consent of the STUDENT, OK STUDENT may not transfer or subcontract the services provided herein, under the danger of immediate termination.
Clause 16. All services are pending final confirmation by the university and / or language school, not having the OK STUDENT any obligation to guarantee placement.
Clause 17. All personal data disclosed to OK STUDENT, property of LATESTNEWS, are for the exclusive use of the application process and will not be disclosed or shared without the express permission of the STUDENT.
Clause 18. This contract expires after the start of the course, with no future obligations of the parties.
